Limited Warranty

Cargo Equipment products are warranted for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of shipment to be free from defects in material or workmanship. Any products found to be defective in material or workmanship within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced.

This warranty does not extend to any product which has been subjected to misuse, abuse, accident, negligence, exposure to the elements or chemicals, alteration or unauthorized repair. Normal wear on the straps which may cause frays and cuts to the webbing does not constitute a valid warranty claim.

Upon notification that a product has been found defective, Cargo Equipment will issue an RGA # (Return Goods Authorization) for returning product and should be returned via freight prepaid.

This limited warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, all such other warranties being hereby expressly excluded. In no event will Cargo Equipment Corporation be liable for special, indirect or consequential damages or loss of vehicle, cargo or profits.
