10K 2-Inch Auto Strap with Wire Hooks and Rubber Cleats

2-inch auto strap assembly uses a #804 ratchet with a 6-inch fixed end. The strap has 3 #1006 wire hooks, one of which is floating to allow for proper adjustment.
