Build Your Own Custom Tie Down Strap
Because we sew straps in our Huntley, IL, manufacturing plant, we are able to build straps to order. Choose from webbing widths up to 4" in multiple colors, any length, and customize your hardware and ratchet mechanism to your application.
When you build your own strap, each part of the strap can be customized. The fixed end can be short or long; each end of the strap can have different hardware, multiple pieces of hardware, or sewn loops.
To complete your custom order, we also offer UV printing along the length of your strap using graphics you provide. Learn more about our UV printing services.

If you have a custom strap idea
Our custom straps are made to order in the USA using high-quality hardware and heavy-duty polyester webbing. We over ratchet straps in widths of 1, 1.5, 2, 3, and 4 inches. These straps can be made to practically any length you need.
Standard fixed end lengths on straps are as follows for:
- 1": 6"
- 1.5": 6"
- 2": 12"
- 3": 12"
- 4": 12"
- Tent straps: 24"
- E-track: 48"
We have many ratchets and cam buckles to choose from. Each type is carefully sourced and tested for durability and the best quality.
We have the largest end hardware options in the industry. Choose from flat hooks, snap hooks, wire hooks, S hooks, chain anchors, delta rings, and more. You can build your own endless loop or bundling strap, create a strap with sewn loops, and even have different hardware on each end of the strap.
