Rubber cleats with studs on both sides. Rubber cleats are used for wheel strap applications. The rubber cleat locks into the tire tread keeping strap from moving side to side. Product Code RB-2-2 has studs on both sides allowing the wheel strap to be used on either side of the assembly.
