Set up loading and unloading access for box trucks in minutes with this portable aluminum yard ramp system; no loading dock required. Designed to be set up by two people in less than 15 minutes without any tools, this modular system consists of six ramps and two adjustable height support stands.
The ramps have pin-on ends which attach securely to the stands. One ramp includes a plate end connector to create a smooth transition from the ramp to truck or trailer, while another includes a knife foot for a smooth transition to the ground. The 4" high rail guards are integrated into the ramp for added safety and maximum structural support.
The 25,000 lb. ramp system can used in different length configurations from 8' to 22' 6" L, and will accommodate docks, trailers or trucks from 15" - 48" H. The entire system will fit in a pickup truck bed or a 4 x 8 trailer, and ships economically on one pallet via common carrier. Two 18' safety straps are included. Patent pending.

Usage Guidelines
Ensure the vehicle is stopped and wheels are chocked before attaching the ramp. When selecting a yard ramp, first identify the weight capacity you require by combining the weight of your heaviest loading machinery and heaviest load. Also identify the widest equipment that will be used on the ramp and add 15" to determine how wide of a ramp you require.

The raised, serrated punch plate surface design grips forklift, car or equipment tires while allowing rain, snow and mud to fall right through.
Adjust height incrementally with ramp stands
By setting the height of the ramp stand pairs, the loading height and loading angle of the yard ramp adjusts to work with dock or truck heights as low as 15" and up to 48" high.
