12' L x 57" W HD Ramps Folding Aluminum Three-Ramp System for Box Trucks – 3,000 lb. per Axle

The HD Ramps Folding Three-Ramp System installs permanently onto box trucks for easier loading and unloading of commercial landscaping equipment, including zero-turn mowers. Instead of taking time to set up and take down multiple ramps, this ramp system folds up and down with compression shocks on both sides, and latches into place securely for transport. The truck door can close and open freely without being affected by the ramp at all.

Made in the USA of strong, lightweight aluminum, the ramp system features exclusive EZ Traction punch plate for superior non-slip grip in all weather conditions. The tapered knife foot and deep-lipped top plate create a smooth transition on and off the ramp. The three ramp sections are securely connected so they move as a single unit. The entire ramp system supports 3,000 lb. per axle.

The adjustable compression gas shocks offer more safety than traditional extension springs and can be adjusted easily to increase or reduce the effort required to raise and lower the ramps. Once raised, the ramps latch securely to the box truck with rust-resistant aluminum latch brackets and stainless steel keepers. The latches can be locked if desired (padlock not included) for additional security.

Installation requires drilling into the box of the truck. Included hardware should cover most installation applications. The flat plate that installs on the box truck measures 4" L (6" L including the hinge). Customers may have to cut a hole in their ramp to accommodate the truck door latch. See instructions for more installation details. Zero-turn mowers must always be loaded backwards. These ramps have a maximum loading height of 42".
