The 10,000 lb. Step Deck Trailer Ramp Kit features the lightest aluminum ramps on the market, perfect for loading cars, pick-up trucks, Hummers or commercial trucks up to class 6. They work for most trailers up to 40" high including step deck trailers, flat bed trailers, loading docks, vans or other trailers that can accommodate a skid seat ramp attaching bracket.

The entire ramp system breaks down into multiple sections each weighing 59 lbs., so that set up takes only minutes. Each ramp comes in two sections, separated by a height-adjustable center support stand that allows you to create an offset angle or arch if needed. The top ramp sections pin to the skid seat ramp bracket or loading dock. This innovative system will pay for itself by freeing up additional space on your drop deck trailer so that you can haul an extra vehicle or more freight cargo. These high-quality step deck ramps were designed by an engineer with 30 years of experience in the loading industry, and every feature is intentional. Beware of cheap imitation ramp systems being sold with a smooth taper/knife cut bottom edge - they might save costs, however the integrity of the toe at the bottom of the ramps is likely to compromise over time, leading to breakage. Our well-designed, heavy-duty ramps have a reinforced pinned toe and are designed to be used in several versatile ways: as a 16' long modular system with adjustable support stands, as 8' upper step deck trailer ramps or 8' lower step deck trailer ramps.

Additional storage options are available to store your ramp system directly beneath your trailer bed. Lockable ramp hangers & support stand hangers, including a single ramp hanger designed for low clearance trailers or a double hanger that will allow you to store two ramps in one hanger. The support stand hangers are available in a rear model for storage behind the rear tandem axle of 53' trailers, or a front model for storage in front of the rear axle.

Not recommended for trucks with mounted cranes, forklifts, or steel track vehicles. Never exceed the maximum axle capacity of this ramp system. Normally the front end of the truck is the heaviest axle weight because of the engine.
